Proof of this is a very minor proportion of automatic transmissions in urban models of just a few percent. The problem is not just one. The idea CVT gearbox is fantastic for smooth changes of gear ratios and the possibility of continuous work in the optimal range.
What does this mean? Simply, driving at high speeds will be achievable at even lower RPM, IE, consumption will probably be much lower. Such a relationship ratios really opens many possibilities.
