The Lamborghini Aventador-V LP-740 with Forged Wheels and Carbon Fiber

Lamborghini’s Aventador got a new makeover with the new aftermarket V model that includes new forged wheels, exhaust, and carbon fiber aerodynamics.

Lamborghini has made huge waves in the automotive world the past year. Last year was important for the Italian brand as the celebrated their 50th Anniversary and in doing so, unveiled a number of high performance vehicles includes special one off models, limited edition cars, and more. At the heart of it all was the Lamborghini Aventador with its sharp, angular styling, high performance engine, forged wheels, carbon fiber components and more. It’s the prototypical Italian supercar and has since become very popular among tuning companies around the world. Once company saw the high demand for the super car so they created a full upgrade program for the Aventador that includes carbon fiber aerodynamics, forged wheels, and even some engine upgrades to make the car even more exciting to drive and experience.

The aftermarket tuning company first decided to focus on the aerodynamic properties of the Italian super car. The jagged, angular styling and design needed to be reflected in the new body work while still improving aerodynamics and airflow and complementing the new forged wheels.

The aftermarket company came up with a full carbon fiber kit that meets all of the aforementioned requirements and turns the supercar into a real head turner. The front fascia features a new carbon fiber splitter that reduces lift at the front axle and extends outwards to create a more aggressive fascia. Optionally, new pair of race spoilers can be attached to each side that help generate downforce and redirect air into the intakes. Along each side sits a new set of extended skirts that redirect air away from the rear forged wheels. The rear of the supercar is dominated by a large rear spoiler that incorporates the automatic functionality of the stock unit. Two carbon fiber pillars extend into the body and allow the spoiler to be deployed or retracted seamlessly while providing a more aggressive look. Beneath the spoiler sits an aggressive diffuser that helps keep the rear planted at high speeds.

In terms of performance, the Lamborghini Aventador-V LP-740 was outfitted with new forged wheels and a special lightweight titanium exhaust system. The forged wheels were installed in a wide 9.5 x 20 front and 11.0 x 20 rear setup and shod in high performance Pirelli tires to ensure maximum grip and traction at all times. A special lightweight titanium exhaust system helps to reduce the overall weight of the car and allows for more power to be produced, pushing output all the way up to 740 horsepower.
