Jaguar produce some of the coolest, most attractive looking cars out there on the market today. Everybody, who’s anybody would love to own one of these James Bond-esque motors, because pretty much every model just looks so suave and elegant, and runs like a dream.

Buying a new Jag is a huge commitment money-wise, but don’t let the price of a shiny new one put you off. Buying used is also a fantastic route to take when going for one of these babe magnets.

Let me list out some of the best Jaguar cars out there, and why you should go through with your plan to get one!

● Jaguar XF. The XF has been called the best car that Jag makes - real world class in a modern package by the petrol heads at Top Gear. The XF has been through a slight transition since its former model in 2011, it now has a much needed four-cylinder engine which as of last year was made even more fuel efficient with the addition of a diesel engine. The XF’s V8 engine was also scrapped and replaced by a supercharged 3-litre V6, so you’re essentially getting a lot more bang for your buck! A new Jag XF has a price range of somewhere between £29,000-50,000 - very pricey indeed. But with a bit of research, you can most certainly find a used Jaguar xk for considerably cheaper!

● Jaguar F-Type. Car experts have deemed the F-Type as one of the best sports cars to come out of Britain in a long time. The car is sharp, charismatic and full of life. It subtlety isn’t your thing, and you want something in your face that screams “Look at my sports car!” then this is the Jag model for you! Driving-wise, the F-Type is surprisingly a dream to handle, it responds quickly to gear shifts and tight bends - a really well carved out sports car.

● Jaguar XK. This is where the Jag’s get pricey. The XK will set you back somewhere between £65,000-103,000, but it really is a looker. The XK singlehandedly turned around Jaguar as a car manufacturer, because of its looks and capability - it isn’t just a pretty face. 0-60 in 4 seconds with a top speed of 184 mph, the XK is a perfect substitute for, dare I say it, and Aston Martin. And make no mistake, Jaguar are the best when it comes to supercharged engines, so take that to the bank, save yourself the cash and go for an XK!
● Jaguar XJ Series. The XJ series steers away from the sporty versions of Jaguar and sticks to good a old fashioned family type saloon. The XJ has been tweaked as of last year, the makers have fitted better suspension settings, a more high-tech sat nav, standard eight-speed auto with a stop-start engine and not to mention the huge improvements in diesel efficiency! The ride is as smooth as you like, perfect for families or long business trip drives. It’s considerably more spacious compared to the sporty versions of Jaguar and is priced between £56,000-120,000 - again, if those figures scare you, buying used is just as good!

So there are just a couple examples of the best Jags out there on the market as of late. Whichever you go for, always consider the option of buying used, there are so many economical reasons as why this is so much better for you and your family in the long run.

Happy shopping!
